We stayed here while hiking at Rickett’s Glen State Park and World’s End State Park. It was very clean, quiet, and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, just not many extras which was fine. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house and grounds are immaculate and the house is furnished so nicely. It had everything we needed and it was actually bigger inside than I thought it would be. The firepit, picnic area as well as the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.



This was a fantastic property, especially in the age of COVID-19. I had a true “contactless” experience (but I still felt like the owners were available if I needed them), and the place was cute, functional, and spotless. It was small but had absolutely everything I needed. The location was great, too, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby and not far from covered bridges and waterfalls. I will stay at this property again!



Our stay was absolutely amazing! Building these tiny homes was so smart and is so much nicer than the other rentable options in the area! Perfect size for us to relax after hiking. Loved the patio and picnic tables. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoy our stay and will be a back. We just love the cottages and the location of being in the middle of nowhere. The downtime for us is really important.

Very clean, comfy beds, nice showers, perfect space for 2-4 people. We were there to visit family in Bloomsburg. Not a bad drive to Ricketts Glen. There’s a market close that’s convenient to make easy meals in the cabin. We loved it and will be back.



Second time staying here went to this area to hike Worlds End Trails and Ricketts Glenn trails . Is such a wonderful place to come back to after a long hike is like a home away from home.



The property is advertised with up to date photos. Everything was clean and didn’t need a thing. The property had everything: blankets, pillows, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, extra towels and sheets etc. I also wanted to say thank you to the housekeeper who cleaned prior to our arrival everything looked great. Also had follow up emails to make sure we were happy with our stay.



Vista Lodge is a great place to stay. We spent two nights here for a hiking trip and were surprised by the cleanliness of the place. The property felt very safe and quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little get away! Location is great as it is close to Bloomsburg or to hiking at Ricketts Glen. Lots to do around the area.



My wife and I and our Golden Retriever stayed just one night but it was probably the nicest cabin style place we stayed in memory. It was very clean, well maintained and all amenities listed were provided. Comfortable and hassle free. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time staying at the lodge, everything was beautiful and brand new! I appreciated the attention to detail and everything was overall great!! Way more than I had expected for such a fair price. Definitely would give 5 stars and hope to come back in the summer.

I definitely loved that there were menus and brochures on the table – we actually ended up ordering food from one of the restaurants nearby. I thought that was convenient being that I’m not familiar with the area. I also thought the location was great, very quiet and not too far from Ricketts or other local places.



My family and I had an amazing stay at Vista Lodge! They are beautifully designed and decorated. The common living area is a great place for the family to hang out after a long hike at Ricketts Glen. The shower came stocked with a soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser which was very convenient. The lodges are situated in a picturesque setting in a corn field with mountains all around. They are conveniently located about 15 minutes north of Bloomsburg and 15 minutes south of Ricketts Glen. If visiting Benton, Pa I recommend you take advantage of the proximity of Vista Lodge to visit a few places: Turkey Hill Brewing Company and Bloomin’ Bagels in Bloomsburg, The Old Filling Station for breakfast in Benton, and The Red Scoop for ice cream near Ricketts Glen.

Again, this was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend Vista Lodge!!



It is evident the owners take pride in their product. It was comfortable and very clean. We were exhausted from hiking all day and slept like babies!

I would stay here again! The town next door was only 2 miles away with a place to eat: breakfast, subs and pizza.

There were also other places in the area to buy some groceries or just to grab a beer. Very short drive to Ricketts Glen State Park.

Very convenient. Impressed with the standard of the cabin! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! I would give this place a 5 out of 5!



It was super clean, close to a couple restaurants, and about 20 mins from Ricketts Glen.

Would definitely stay here if we’re ever in the area again!

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Vista Lodge. We were visiting Rickett’s Glen and thankfully I found your lodges. It was such a great experience – and much better than a regular hotel. The mini-house concept was a lot of fun. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Small cabin-big vacation!!
The place is very quaint and cute! I very much enjoyed the shower experience as the pressure and heat were very relaxing!
The equipment provided in kitchen were a great bonus!
Microwave was very easy to use.

The place is great worth much more then what I paid. Close drive to Ricketts Glen State Park has the cabin feel, but brand new and super clean, glamping instead of camping! Felt cozy as soon as I walked in the door, great views of the mountains out front while sipping morning coffee! A few things to do in downtown but mostly spent time at the park.


